Nest Terms of Service

Effective: November 26, 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating a Nest account or submitting the waitlist form you agree to these terms and any policies referenced here. If you use Nest on behalf of a clinic or caregiving agency, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Service description

Nest provides logging, collaboration, and automation tools for infant care. Beta features (including MCP actions) may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service.

3. Appropriate use

• Do not upload PHI that you are not authorized to share.
• Keep account credentials and automation tokens secure.
• Use MCP workflows responsibly—supervise infants even when automations run.

4. Payment & trials

Early access accounts are free. Future paid tiers will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice and you can cancel anytime before charges apply.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time inside the app or by emailing hello@nestbabytracker.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse data.

6. Liability

Nest is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit damages to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim (currently $0 during beta).
